Repero updates

You can now start sending your customers payment links so they can pay you using Stripe or Square payments.
Enable that option in the: Payment methods settings

Once enabled, you can start creating payment links inside repairs, and use the {{payment_links}} variables in the Custom Emails or Text Messages settings to send those links to your customers via Email

You can now enable integrations that can help you fill in the product form faster.
After enabling an integration, you will see that integration button on the product form.
If you click that new button in the form, it will send an API call to your integration to fetch the data for that serial / VIN / identification number.
If a matching number is found it will populate the form with the matching data, saving you time.

See which integrations are now available: Integration settings

If you have an idea for an integration, contact us and we will try to add it!

You can now copy a product from one client to another.
This is very useful if your customer has sold their product and the new customer brings it in for a repair.

Instead of having to recreate the product for the new customer, you can now duplicate it from either the Product index page or inside the product page.

Control how to get notified when something happens within the system.

You can decide if you want a notification, email, both or neither!

Currently you can control how to get notified for the following events:

  • Repair gets created
  • Repair assigned to you
  • Quote gets accepted or rejected
  • Payment link gets paid

And more coming..

Go to your settings here.

Repair Requests

You can now accept Repair Requests from your customers directly from your website, or from the repero.me website

You can embed the form, or use the built in company page on repero.me/shops
